    Hey everybody! If you're looking to find someone you can relate to, here I am! *Side Note: I suffer from mental illness and physical deficiences that may result in me not being constant but here we go* Day 1: IT WAS THE DEATH OF ME. You might want to give up but don't! I did the warm up from Chloe before doing this! My form is just really bad but I could finally do the plank exercises! Day 2: DAMN so much burn Satan is jealous- Day 3: Took lesser breaks than before! Though bunny hopes in plank position is definitely hard. I'm sweating like a pig- Day 4: OMG I DID ALL EXERCISES TODAY WITHOUT ANY EXTRA BREAKS YEEHAW Day 5: (Took a break since school began but since I cycle to school I burned the same amount of calories haha) Day 6: It GETS EASIER, TRUST ME IT DOES Day 7: GOT MY PERIOD NUU T_T (a girl needs rest y'all) Day 8: I DID IT I DID IT IT WAS HELLA HARD Day 9: I was exhausted since I'm on my period and I took longer breaks :( Day 10: Wow, today was extremely tiring. Day 11: Added more exercise to the schedule! (I just want to add that I don't do any type of "programs" due to certain health problems so I came up with my own independent schedule) Day 12: Some days you get extra tired but it's alright ????✊ Day 13: Did it but I don't feel good :( Day 14: I took a break since my body was OVERWHELMED WITH CRAMPS Day 15: Had no motivation, wanted to die BUT I STILL DID THIS IM SO PROUD, EVEN THO I WAS TIRED MY FORM IS SO MUCH BETTER! Day 16: I got busy with school ???? couldn't do it Day 17: DONE!! ×××× Finals week (I'll resume it after my exams) ××××

    honestly quarantine has treated me well, i started working out (i’ve lost 17 lbs/7,7 kg), my skin cleared up, i started eating healthier and drinking more, got a tan and finally found a bikini i feel comfortable in!!! this is the best stuff that’s happened to me in a while, so i hope that something like this happens to you too, cause you probably deserve it :)

    I'm on day 22 of the program and I've lost 5-6 lbs (approximately 2-3 inches from my waist no joke), I swear that I've never followed a workout routine for this long without giving up on day 4(fr)!!!  Tips: find a workout buddy and do the workout with them on FaceTime!!???? P/s. I've gain weight uncontrollably when quarantine started ???? Conclusion: If I can get here, you can also do it!!! Let's glow up together!????✊

    i remember when i used to watch chloe's videos as something imposible, and now here i am doing 3 of her workouts in one day! lol NEVER GIVE UP!!!! IT MIGHT BE HARD AT THE BEGGINING BUT ITS TOTALLY WORTH IT <3 also a tip: do exercise/ cardio when you havent eaten in like 2 hours, it will give you so much energy :) GOOD LUCK

    Day 1 the workout was hard but I still finished it Day 2 done Day 3 didn't take a rest day, instead did the day 4 workout on day 3 Day 4 done Day 5 done Day 6 was sort of hard but still did it did see progress and lost about 0.5 kg Day 7 done Will update you guys.

    clonery luv, that is what i feel Don’t mind me, doing this twice a day; Day 1) I didn’t have a problem just exhausted because I’ve done this in the past for like trial ones and (I wasn’t consistent at all) but I died Day 2) I did notice change, my flabs aren’t as apparent wwuupppeeeee but just like yesterday it was very tough. day 30 way easier, definately slimmer

    time to lose quarantine weight, won't be doing program just this cause I'm extremely unfit and almost threw up doing the program day 1 : can't keep up as much as up I used to be able too, skipped all plank work out, still sore asf tho day 2 : did all as best as I could (better today) but stopped after russian twist, stayed up all night haven't eaten in 6hrs, idw to throw up before even eating ;; day 3 : felt guilty about eating heavy supper so worked out instead of resting, measured waist, 73cm - 68cm. working out really helps reduce bloating
